Indoor Harvest Corp. (OTCPK:INQD) announced the acquisition of a 60% controlling interest in Metabiogenix USA for $2.5 million in a combination of cash and common stock. During the close of the acquisition, Metabiogenix USA received a valuation of $8.9 million from the Japanese Medical Institute.
