In Cleveland, Mayor Justin Bibb has championed marijuana expungements since his early days in office.

He now has a new policy victory to celebrate, according to Axios.

Gov. Mike DeWine recently signed legislation to empower cities and county prosecutors to expunge low-level marijuana convictions.
